So our last statement before Christmas.

There is nothing great new. From January we are now no longer in the day clinic, but with the established gastroenterologist. Let's see how that will be. This will be a whole new experience for us.

The holidays for next year are also firmly booked now. In summer we will travel to the Baltic Sea of ​​Denmark and in autumn with a mobile home in the Alps, Austria and Switzerland. We chose a camper because you always have the "home" with you, especially during the time when our girl is often sick.

As always, our princess is just dead tired and exhausted. Hardly at home from the school comes a joyous exclamation "No homework" and she is already in bed. On other days she learned up to 6 p.m. to write the last works well and then did not even want to eat anything because of exhaustion.

Now the Christmas tree is set up and decorated and she is already looking forward to the holy evening. We will spend it with grandmother and grandpa, and the two holidays are all ours as a family. It is planned, if somewhere in the Sauerland will be snow, to surprise her with an excursion with sledge in the trunk. Maybe it works.

On New Year's Eve we will also celebrate quite. Her best friend will come to us in the afternoon and sleep with us, it will be played together (rummy or game of knowledge), then there will be raclette and instead of fireworks everyone will let his heaven lantern rise.

You see, peace is an important word for us. We had to learn to accept that this disease has changed our lives. We had to learn to accept that our girl simply has no strength for many things. And that is why we have learned to draw a great deal of energy and beautiful moments from quiet.
